Why does my state matter?
Your state determines which ant species you can get. Why, you ask? Well, it's complicated. To summarize, the USDA regulates the interstate movement of plant pests. Because ants are considered plant pests, only species native to your state or specially deregulated species can be sent (with permits) to your state. We understand that it may be more convenient to only look at what you can buy. See the top of this page to browse by state!
